Shipping Policy

[Pre-Orders]

Pre-orders are available for select items and collections that are not currently in stock but are expected to be available soon.

Pre-order items will ship as soon as they are available. If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order will be shipped once all items are available (unless otherwise requested).

Upon placing a pre-order, you will receive an order confirmation email with details of your purchase and an estimated shipping date.

Once the pre-order item is in production or has shipped, cancellations or modifications are no longer possible.

 Our legal refund policy states for customers to contact us for any refunds and before submitting a chargeback!

[In-Stock]

Orders for in-stock items are typically processed within 1-2 business days from the time the order is placed.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If you need to make changes to your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only update your address before the order has been processed.
